a 6 week outdoor yoga class incorporating yoga, meditation, writing & dialogue
Wednesday mornings @ 9:15
class length is 75 minutes
begins on September 15th


cost of 6 week series: $95
drop-ins $18 per class (please call first if weather is uncooperative for outdoor practice)

Amy Holdsman has been a professional in the Philadelphia nonprofit world for the last two decades, most recently as Executive Director of White-Williams Scholars, a 210-year old nonprofit organization that provides financial, academic, and social support to high achieving Philadelphia public high school students from low-income families.  She is an avid yoga practitioner and has received her teacher certification from Dhyana Yoga in 2007. She sits on the board and serves at the Outreach Chair of Yoga Unites, a nonprofit organization that uses the four modalities of yoga, meditation, writing, and dialogue as a curriculum for health and well-being in at-risk communities. Amy and her husband, Kenny live in Mt. Airy with their two boys, Greg and Danny
