Were you one of the lucky ones who registered during the first three hours for the Broad Street Run?? Or are you simply looking for tips and support in planning your next running challenge. Join us for -
10 weeks to 10 miles!
-a Wissahickon Park training plan to get you ready to run your first or best 10 miles by May 6th! This class is open to all. Broad Street Runners, ½ marathoners , or simply those who want to get into great running shape. Each week we will meet for our long run, and we will stay in touch during the week to make sure we are on top of our training plan. We will have weekly themes as well as motivational and experienced speakers.
The cost of this class is only $85.
Class begins to meet on Sunday, March 4th for our first long slow run. (5 -6 miles).
Participants should try to complete at least 2 shorter runs prior to Sunday.
