Looking for Coaching beyond our Couch to 5K?  Try Kristy with Run the Long Road!

Kristy is an RRCA-certified running coach and NASM-certified personal trainer, coaching runners of all levels from the 5K to the marathon.
Her  coaching style is personalized and adaptive – no cookie cutter training plans! The training plan she creates will be tailored to your current fitness level and goals.  In addition, she constantly adapts and adjusts the plan based on how you are progressing.
If you’re a beginner or seasoned runner, hoping to PR or qualify for Boston, or looking to break through that plateau, Kristy has numerous coaching options for you to choose from.

Winter Closing

The Cedars House will remain closed throughout the weekend and next week due to dangerous trail conditions. We will keep you posted as to when we will be opening again. We look forward to seeing you as soon as possible!  Stay Safe and Warm.
