2 New Run Classes on Sunday mornings - Start September 19th!

Coach Gena's Couch to 5K! Beginners' Running Class

Tired of talking about running and not actually doing it?  We will start with some basic walking and running intervals and train you to finish your first 5K!  Only requirements: running sneakers and motivation!

Sundays at 8 am

Coach Gena's Beyond the 5K: Training for the Turkey Trot!
Need to keep your groove on and maybe take it up a notch?  This motivating class will help you to stay focused on your running while preparing you for an even more challenging run - the local Turkey Trot, a 5 mile out and back run that starts and ends at The Cedars House.  Training will include work on form, speed, and distance.  Those who need some help staying motivated or just want a bigger challenge are encouraged to attend!
