Running Basics with Coach Larkin 8 weeks
This class will introduce key workouts that can make you a better runner--workouts include Yasso Intervals, Tempo Runs, Hills, Fartleks, Progression Runs, and Track Sessions. Improve your knowledge and performance with this introductory course.

This is a terrific class for the runner who wants to improve performance!  The class begins on Saturday, June 12th at 9 am.  The class fee includes registration to the "Opening Day 5K!"
