Management Group (WMG). Amanda will teach a series of 4 classes designed to
give you the information you need to achieve a healthier weight by improving
your lifestyle and eating habits.
The Cedars House
WMG offers a complete curriculum that supports a healthy, long-term
weight-reduction process. You will learn how to shift into a natural, balanced
relationship with your body.

Each participant
will meet with Amanda for a one hour private session to develop your

Amanda
Schlitzer graduated from Chestnut Hill College with her BA
in psychology. She is certified in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute
for Integrative Nutrition. She also has her certification in personal training
through ISSA. Amanda’s passions include fitness, good food, and the mind/body
connection. Her focus is on bringing fun to exercise and proper fueling to
maintain a healthy body and mind. Amanda is a counselor and exercise group
instructor. When Amanda is not counseling or running groups, she enjoys
spending time with her family and friends, hiking, biking, cooking, trying new restaurants,
and loving her dog Luna.
