Yoga in the Meadow in June

Yoga in the Meadow!

June dates on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays due to National Trails Day on June 2nd

8:30 am

next classes: Saturday June 9th (with Esther) and June 16th (with Jodi)

Jodi Mahony moved to Maui in 2002 and discovered yoga. I have been practicing ever since. I completed my teacher training from my teacher, Jennifer Lynn, on Maui at her yoga school, Wisdom Flow Yoga. I am certified thru Yoga Alliance. I am also a massage therapist at the Cedars House! In addition to teaching yoga at the Cedars House, I also teach at my community center in Hatboro, and at Plymouth Fire Hall in Conshohocken. For more information on Jodi and her yoga classes and massage therapy practice, check out her website at and her facebook page, Mana Massage.

This class is a multi-level flow yoga class. Beginners are welcome and experienced yogis will enjoy the advanced variations offered!

Anyone who gets a massage from Jodi within a week of taking her yoga class will receive $5 off the massage!

Esther Wyss-Flamm (2nd Saturdays), PhD, brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to her yoga classes. She discovered yoga during her mid-20s when she suffered several episodes of extreme lower back pain. Yoga has since accompanied her through many years including a career in international development that required extensive travel. Over time, she developed yoga sequences that have specifically focused on the spine prior to integrating other fundamental yoga poses. Esther teaches hatha yoga, having received training at the Piedmont Yoga Studio in Oakland, California and at Yoga Sangha in San Francisco. She is also a certified Kripalu yoga teacher. Esther integrates Kripalu yoga flows, including breath work, in her classes. She moved to Philadelphia with her family four years ago.
